A country with a rich cultural diversity, the Philippines is home to between 14 and 17 million Indigenous People (IPs), who represent 110 ethnolinguistic groups. With a few clans in the Visayas region, they are primarily found in Northern Luzon (Cordillera Administrative Region, 33%) and Mindanao (61%). The Philippine Constitution requires the state to recognize, defend, promote, and uphold the rights of Indigenous Peoples in light of this variety and within the context of national development. The rights of every indigenous person were also acknowledged by Republic Act 8371, popularly known as the "Indigenous Peoples Rights Act" (or IPRA) of 1997. Furthermore, the Manobo, Blaan, Tiroray, and Tboli make up the province of Sultan Kudarat\'s indigenous population.\r\nThe Idegenous People Federation, also known as IP Youth Federation, is a community-based organization that describes a youth group whose activities, members, and membership are restricted to a certain area or location. It is made up of native people from several municipalities. Columbio, Lutayan, Esperanza, Bagumbayan, Palimbang, Senator Ninoy Aquino, Lebak, and Kalamansig are some of the localities we have. This federation recognizes, promotes, and encourages indigenous youth to participate in programs and opportunities that will help them develop their skills, improve IP Youth\'s potential based upon their culture and expertise, raise their voice and awareness about issues concerning IP Youth, and continue to contribute to the movement for a better future.\r\nThe empowerment of indigenous people as well as the promotion of variety are just a few advantages of being recognized. With the aid of equal chances and the distribution of programs, this federation will completely end the prejudice and disparities among indigenous people. Since we are known for our distinctive culture, which we can empower and promote to bring unity, peace, and progress to the community, we feel that indigenous people can accomplish more.\r\n
