The Indigenous People Youth Organization (IPYO) shall envision to strengthening and \r\nempowering IP-Youth\'s engagement and participation in the recognition and promotion of \r\nrights and equality for the next generation. The organization shall pursue to recognize and \r\nappreciate each IP Youth\'s capability and aptitude, and offer them opportunities that \r\nsuccessfully engage them in developing their unique skills, gaining public awareness and \r\ncontributing to the creation of a better future. The organization aims to raise the voice and \r\nawareness about issues concerning IP -Youth, to improve the IP-Youth\'s potential based upon \r\ntheir culture and expertise, to protect and promote the rights of IP-Youth against discrimination, \r\nequality, and opportunities, to make each IP-Youth aware of their part in the growth of the \r\ncommunity
