GANDA TALACOGON is an organization unifying mechanism for individuals especially the youth to access support, services and resource from different line agencies of the government and non-government. This aims to own a company, business and to engage livelihood programs: cosmetology, handicraft making, event and management and alike to augment and uplift the morale, personal and professional growth of each members of the said organization. Moreover, empowering each member and create a productive linkages among youth-serving organization and other stakeholders would be one of the utmost goals.
