The name of this organization shall be the Bagumbayan Alliance Youth organization (BAYO) \r\nThe Bagumbayan Alliance Youth organization envisions an auxiliary organization that helps the YOUTH achieve its \r\nvision of having mission-driven congregations that transform communities here and other place for the Glory of \r\nGod.\r\nThe Bagumbayan Alliance Youth organization exist to Share the Gospel, Help them maximize their gift and abilities \r\nfor various Ministries, integrate them into our Local Churches, Nurture them in their spiritual life, and Exalt the name \r\nof the Living God (SHINE).\r\nThe BAYO is committed to be a catalyst and to assist the local churches, through the pastors; to reach the youth \r\nthrough peer and creative evangelism; equip them through ministry trainings and provide avenues for them to \r\nexercise their gifts and abilities; provide a safe environment where the youth belong; establish monitoring \r\nrelationships and small groups (accountability groups, cell groups, care groups, discipleship groups, etc.); and \r\npromote individuals and corporate worship as a way of life.\r\n
