The Gloria Compound Youth Organization is the official youth organization of Gloria Compound, Barangay Pilar, City of Las Piñas. It aims to transform the youth to become positive contributing members of the community. Guided by its mission and vision, the organization shall pursue to build a community where the youth are encouraged to develop their fullest potential in spirit, mind and body. The GCYO is founded on the following objectives:\r\n1.) To establish a forum in the achievement of the following:\r\na.) to give life, meaning and substance to this constitution and by – laws; and\r\nb.) for ventilation of matters in which are within its jurisdictions.\r\n2.) To strengthen the rapport, camaraderie and brotherhood among the members of the GCYO; 3.) To formulate, implement and coordinate activities, projects and programs particularly those that are beneficial to the members of the GCYC;\r\n4.) To set up a foundation for the benefit of the GCYO Members;\r\n5.) To undertake fund raising projects and activities to support thr GCYC programs and objectives;\r\n6.) To stand for the protection and preservation of rights, privileges and benefits of the youth.\r\n7.) To initiate and support programs that are designed to enhance the social, cultural, intellectual, moral, spiritual, and physical development of the youth.
