Section 1: The 4-H Club recognizes and upholds the Philippine Constitution as the expression of the sovereign will of the people and as the supreme law of the land.\r\nSection 2: The 4-H Club shall seek the achievement of a democratic Philippine society and promotion of unity, loyalty, equality, discipline and fraternity among the other youth of the country. \r\nSection 3: The 4-H Club acknowledges the paramount importance of the out-of-school youth particularly in the countryside in the development of a deeper economic, social, spiritual, sports, cultural and moral commitment of every individual. It shall strengthen and maintain community solidarity base on the existing customs and tradition of our people that are not contrary law.\r\nSection 4: The 4-H Club recognizes the vital roles of the out-of-school youth in the national task of building a free and prosperous society.\r\nSection 5: The 4-H Club shall serve as the center for the articulation of the idea and sentiments of the Filipino out-of-school youth and shall work for a well-developed and progressive partnership between the youth and government. It shall promote the development of the organization as an institution of youth participation in some affairs of local and national concern especially to agricultural aspect.\r\nSection 6: The 4-H Club shall be an instrument for any action of the youth in the attainment of common goals and inspirations.\r\nSection 7: The 4-H Club Federation shall be the embodiment of the will of all the members and all authorities of the lawful officers of the club emanates from them.\r\nSection 8: The 4-H Club shall focus to the attainment of the following goals:\r\na. To provide the youth with opportunities to learn by doing through individual, group and community projects;\r\nb. To enhance productivity and self-reliance through gainful projects;\r\nc. To instill in the youth the spirit of volunteerism, cooperation and dignity of labor;\r\nd. To enable the youth to use their time, talents and energies wisely; and,\r\ne. To instill awareness on the conservation of the environment.\r\nSection 9: The club commits itself to the policy of sustainable development thus, it shall work for ecological and environmental protection of the country.\r\nSection 10: The club recognizes the value of linking its thrusts and programs to national and international agencies, groups or organizations supportive to the cause of the club\r\n
