The Northblazers Youth Association was created to obtain the following objectives, to wit: a) To strengthen the camaraderie among youth in the Northern Part of the Municipality of President Quirino, Sultan Kudarat; b) To develop the sportsmanship of the youth; and c) To develop the skills of the youth in entrepreneur.
