Iskolar ng Bayan ng Malungon (IBM) Federation is a youth organization consisting all benefeciaries\r\nof the IBM program, a scholarship of the municipality that shall cover poor but deserving students in\r\ntertiary/baccalaureate or vocational/technical courses who are residents of the of Malungon.\r\nAims to continue to provide program direction and interventions in close coordination with the Department\r\nof Education- Sarangani Division, TESDA - Sarangani Provincial Office, State Colleges/Universities and Private\r\nEducational institution in Mindanao for the smooth implementation of the IBM Program.
