 To assist our Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) in yearly activities and projects for improvements.\r\n\r\n Strengthening the Bond of our youths towards one goal of helping our barangay to be a peacuful and civilized society.\r\n\r\n Promote program and activities such as sports, community services and the like.\r\n\r\n Strengthen and nurture our lifelong connection to all ARKAS members, inspiring others through cooperation \r\nand effective communication.\r\n\r\n To promote spiritual, social, intellectual and moral welfare of its members.\r\n
