The Veterinary Student Achievers\' Society - Pampanga State Agricultural University Chapter under the guidance of Mu Eta Upsilon Fraternity-Sorority consist a brotherhood and sisterhood among veterinary medical students and veterinary medical doctors from different parts of the country, with a goal to execute Honor and Glory through veterinary medical services offered to people with low socio-economic profile, in addition to outreach programs to various sectors of society.
