This organization shall be known as United Serenaders Association of Baybay, which is referred to as USAB. The organization is a community-based organization established in the year 1965, which is adapted last 2018 to serve as a significant avenue for youth’s actions and movements towards our community. It is composed of officers and members, wherein officers are duly elected by the entire members of the said organization. To adopt its own by-laws for its own internal and general government. United Serenaders Association of Baybay is an organization authorized to operate and implement pertinent programs, projects and activities within the community. The United Serenaders Association of Baybay aims to lay the groundwork for unity and cooperation among residents of our community especially youths. The organization aims to promote education in our community. Also, the organization wants promote good health within the community especially among youths with disabilities and in need. In addition, the organization aims to promote participation in every activity and to promote environmental awareness and protection within our community.
