Baybay Alliance Association is youth-serving organization within our community, Brgy. Baybay, Santo Tomas, La Union. It was formed through the initiative of our grandparents, starting through a basketball team, then called “Napupuyat”, the year 1988. Later on, it was passed through generations and renamed. The organization’s mission is to empower youth, which will help them develop their well-being and help the organization to attain its objective and advocacies. Whereas, we advocate Education, Environment, Health, Peace Building and Security, Active Citizenship, Social Inclusion, and Equity in our community.
