The Guts of Southern Leyte State University-Hinunangan shall promote mutual understanding through social,civic,recreation,scientific, and technological programs and activities and shall uphold the vision,mission and core values of BTLES Department of Southern Leyte State University which requires respect ,honor and protection from the students,faculty ,staff and administration and approve and implement resolution within its scope,conduct culmination program ,sponsor fund raising activities that are deemed beneficial to the students not contrary to the schools rules and regulations and principles. The prime duty of GUTS is to serve the student and protect the integrity and honor of BTLES students member fully equipped with knowledge ,skills ,concepts ,attitude ,methods and technique regarding teaching and learning so that they obtain the qualities of globally competent teachers.As the GUTS agree that teachers are lifelong learners,the members are required to be engaged in the council up programs. Guided by our Vision,the Guild of United TLE students shall update and upgrade the theoretical understanding to the relevant conductive and sustainable educational practices of the community
