San Gabriel District Federation of OSY Learners (SGDFOSYL) is a community-based organization of OSY learners enrolled in Alternative Learning System (ALS). Members are in good standing entirly composed of the youth, who are twelve (12) years old and above. This organization will serve as the student voice for institutional decision-making.
