The order of the Young San Nicolanian (OTYS) is a 3-decade old organization established on September 6, 1993 aimed at conducting youth-engaging programs and activities in the municipality. It commits itself to empower the youth by engaging them in educational, civic, social outreach and other community serving programs and activities. We envision OTYS as a lifetime surviving Youth-Serving Organization giving full commitment in conducting youth-empowering programs and activities in the municipality. OBJECTIVES OF THE ORGANIZATION : Encourage the young San Nicolanians to be socially responsible; Contribute in establishing well-disciplined youth in the municipality; Encourage the young San Nicolanians in participating to community-serving programs and activities; Discover and enhance the talents of young San Nicolanians; Motivate and inspire the young people of San Nicolas in pursuing their dreams.
