The Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines Inc. is being organized in every Barangay of Municipality where there are high number of out of school youth. PYAP is an organization that helps the youth in their needs to be able to become Socially Responsible, Economic Productivity and Self Reliant individuals.
