Baliwag Youth Volunteers for Empowerment (BYVE) is a youth-led volunteer organization that hones young volunteers to value the essence of initiative and leadership. Founded on August 29, 2022, Baliwag Junior Officials (2022) paved the way for its culmination. It shall seek the mission of creating a safe space for Baliwagenyo youth leaders to create and pursue projects for the holistic betterment of the community.\r\n\r\nMoreover, the organization shall have the following objectives: \r\n Three (3) E’s, namely: \r\nEmpowerment. To encourage the youth to be a leader of their own advocacies in the service of volunteerism.\r\nEngagement. To invite the youth to make lasting networks advantageous to the causes they fight for.\r\nExcellence. To achieve and exceed the standards of being a youth volunteer in all aspects.
