We, the San Miguel Youth Team Builders empower every child to become a leader. We’re not preparing the future of our youth but instead preparing our youth for the future. \r\n\r\nObjectives: \r\nProvide unity of action, vision and goals among the entire team. \r\nStrengthening our program involving our youth to be efficient and effective. \r\nStrengthen self-efficacy and sense of belongingness. \r\nProviding opportunities to build their skills and capabilities. \r\nPromote engagement to the community. \r\nMotivating youngsters to be active.\r\nPositive feedback among others.
