Our mission statement serves as a guide for our collective activities which help us deliver on our vision for the future. With our bold commitment to youth our mission statement builds on our history and strengths. Our aim is to continue to invest in youth-led and youth-centred ideas, to convene key stakeholders in the sector and advocate for systems changes that meet youths’ needs. We commit to sharing our learning outcomes across the sector so that all youth in Barbados can achieve their full potential.\r\n\r\n. The organization shall have the following objectives: \r\na. Youth will be able to take part in various competitions and develop a leadership quality and improve their well-being.\r\nb. Having a safe space for youth\r\nc. Promoting open youth-to-youth communication\r\nd. Multicultural bridge building\r\ne. Enhancing leadership development among young people
