\r\nThe Mabitac Children’s Association or MCA is an organization composed of 15 registered members. It carries the 4 core; Survival, Development, Protection, and Participation. The main objective of this organization is to empower every child in its vicinity., establish, a secure environment to protect children against any form of violence, to help and encourage children to participate in various programs in the Municipality of Mabitac, raise their awareness about their rights and responsibilities and ensure their safety from any form of violence, abuse and exploitation.\r\n
