The organization is a nonprofit that assists out-of-school youth (OSY) and underprivileged school youth. Every out-of-school youth's potential to help themselves to be useful in the community and for their family is to be uplifted by the mission and vision. Additionally, it encourages each young person to be self-sufficient and to impart their knowledge to the community as a whole.
