Governance

TRANSCEND ALEGRIAN YOUTH ORGANIZATION with the acronym TAYO is a youth serving organization established on May 20, 2014 at Barangay Alegria, Alabel, Sarangani Province and shall remain as the organization’s official domicile. It has a heterogeneous members coming from out of school youth, young professionals and LGBTIQ people. The TAYO is a non-profit, non-partisan, and non-governmental organization. The said organization shall aim to unify all its youth members regardless of gender orientation, religious affiliations, and cultural identity. The organization shall serve as an avenue to promote youths’ greater and more active involvement in the different socio-civic affairs such as literacy, gender sensitivity, culture, youths’ rights and welfare, health, livelihood and environment and other fundamental activities beneficial to the youth and the society.
