The Municipal Indigenous Peoples Youth Council (MIPYC) shall function as a tool for the IP Youth in Buug to be connected from the cultured affairs to the government, to protect their rights, and ancestral land of every indigenous people and teaching them the purpose of their existence and the knowledge of the ancient that has been passed down from generation to generation in promoting and preserving our cultures and traditions in this modern era.
