This pertains to the Command Memorandum Circular (CMC) which prescribe the guidelines and procedures in the creation of a nationwide movement dubbed “ Kabataan Kontra Drora at Terorismo” ( KKDAT). The KKDAT is a PNP Program that intends to inform, organize, and mobilize youth and student sectors as advocacy support group that will stand against illegal drugs and terrorism;to enflame the Spirit of Volunteerism among the youth and student sectors through Police Community Relations Platform and programs; and to empower the youth and students sectors to become proactive partners of government on the nationwide cascading of advocacies relative to anti-terrorism and anti-illegal drugs.
