Aims and Objectives of Baler Football Club: The objective of the club shall be the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation for the benefit of those, primarily but not limited to, living in Baler, Aurora and surrounding areas, by the provision of facilities for the playing of football. The Club provides competitions for all age groups and offers further opportunities for individuals to develop and experience in the field of football. ?The Aims and Objectives of the club are : 1. To encourage and increase the participation in football within the community. 2. To provide equal opportunities for all individuals. 3. To provide the opportunities for individuals to fulfill their potential through football and produce big University and Professional Caliber Players in the future. 4. To allow access to the sport of football. 5. To work with other clubs, schools, agencies and social groups to enhance the community. 6. To play an active and positive role in the community we serve. 7. To represent the community in the wider world of football. ?Development of the Club 1. To increase the number of age group teams and opportunities to the community. 2. To further develop the Women’s and Girls section of the Club. 3. To encourage greater participation from the wider community. 4. To achieve a higher league status of the open age teams in Aurora and in the whole nation. 5. To improve the level of training and match day facilities for all of our age groups in Aurora
