Citrus Youth Council is a youth-led community-based organization, established on the 12th of February 2023, formed and founded by the youth residing in Barangay Citrus, District II of the City of San Jose del Monte in Bulacan, serving with youth's enthusiasm and commitment to serve and unify the community by launching volunteerism, advocacy-based initiatives, supporting youth-centric policies and frameworks for more active and significant youth engagement in the community. It is a recognized and acknowledged sister organization of Unified Youth San Joseno and Area H Youth Council which are active organizations of the Kabataang San Joseno Movement.
