The San Miguel De Mayumo Rover Circle 19 or more commonly known as the “Mayumo Rover Scouts”, is the leading community based rover scout organization in San Miguel, Bulacan. The organization is composed of different school and community Leaders in and around Bulacan and surrounding regions. Rovering is the progressive journey from adolescence to adulthood, encompassing one's duty to God, others and self through the use of the Scout Method.
