The Council of Young Educators (CYE) is a school organization composed of pre-service teachers enrolled at Isabela State University-Ilagan Campus. The organization was established by Dr. Demetrio P. Anduyan Jr. CHED Regional Director, CAR on April 15, 2004. The council has been an active member of YORP and continuously performing its objective to advocate for equal access to quality education and conducted outreach programs outside the university to serve the community to expand linkages and promote inclusive education for all. Recently, the organization was awarded as “Top 1 Most Outstanding School Based Organization of 2022” in Isabela State University Ilagan Campus. Through upholding its vision and mission the organization also bagged the award for “Top 3 Most Outstanding School Based Organization of 2022 University Level”. Up to this day, the officers and members work together to uphold the council’s vision, mission, and objective. We the council aims to promote fair judgement to every student in our program, all requests are heard and we ensure that every student and teachers' that we are serving are receiving the best type of work that our council can give. The council advocates a healthy relationship of students towards each other by building an activity like Team Building and Socialization night to promote friendship and better ties of student with each other. Our main goal is to ensure that we the council are able to provide and promote the rights of every students to participate in every activity that can help them enhance their strengths and overcome their weaknesses. We also executed some activities to show their talents like our Spooky Contest and Poem making contest. We always do our work wholeheartedly to make our co-students comfortable working with us and making their suggestions be heard. We are doing our best to keep the fire and passion to provide excellent work and outcomes.
