The ALAB Movement uphold the spirit of volunteerism and Youth empowerment through various community-based advocacies that will inspire and reawaken our next generation of young leaders in good governance and envision the organization as a flexible, collaborative, influential youth organization who offers community development programs and strong partnership with government, other NGOs and sectoral groups. The objective of the organization is to: (1) Aims to have a structural and functional non-government organization that enables the necessity of the community and formulate exceptional youth leaders; (2) Wants to up-skill and invigorate the five pillars of the organization to have the dedication in serving the members and community; and (3) Allows its members to serve the community around the cities and municipalities of Laguna through various programs and activities which will align to the needs of the beneficiaries.
