Rotaract is a global youth service organization that is sponsored and guided by Rotary International. It brings together young adults aged 18 and up who are passionate about making a difference in their communities and around the world. Rotaract clubs offer young leaders opportunities for personal and professional development, as well as a venue for service projects, friendship building, and international understanding. The objectives of Rotaract are as follows: Professional Development: Rotaract strives to improve its members' skills and knowledge by offering leadership development opportunities, networking events, and mentoring programs. It encourages members to advance their professional careers and become future leaders in their fields. Community Service: Rotaract clubs participate in a variety of service projects to meet the needs of their local communities. These projects could focus on education, health, environmental sustainability, poverty alleviation, or youth empowerment. Rotaract members strive to make a positive difference in the lives of those in need by participating in community service. International Understanding: Rotaract members work together to promote international understanding and cultural exchange. It promotes collaboration and cooperation among clubs from various countries, thereby fostering global connections and awareness.
