The bagong umaga youth organization was built to unite the youth of bagong umaga HOA. It is established to provide a substantial, emerging, purposeful and community-based organization that would develop competent and moral leaders with a larger sense of responsibility and social awareness who would significantly improve the community. Its goals include empowering young people and instilling them a sense of social responsibility while also fostering early skill development.
