The Municipality of Cabatuan Community Red Cros Youth Council is a youth organization that aims to educate and empower the children and youth of the Municipality of Cabatuan in the spirit of Red Cross through constructive training and effective leadership, and provide opportunities for directing and harnessing their energy and idealism into worthwhile humanitarian activities. The objectives of the Municipality of Cabatuan Community Red Cross Youth Council is to inculcate humanitarian values, to instill the practice of a healthy lifestyle, to enhance leadership skills through service delivery, and to advocate national/international friendship.
