Union of Holistically Developed Future Educators (UHDFE) is a non-political organization in Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology Off-Campus San Leonardo. It is specifically created for the College of Education Department and is open for all the education students of the said school. The organization promotes innovation, responsibility, and holistic development among education students. It aims to lead, inspire, and help education students in order to gain and develop their skills, knowledge, and mindset necessary to become innovative, responsible, and well-equipped future educators by providing opportunities for them by means of different activities and programs. Moreover, the goal of this organization is to provide a safe environment where students are confident and have no fear to ask questions and help and could expect to receive an answer. It also aims to create a social environment in which students feel connected and consider each other as a group with one goal. With the proper guidance of the organization’s Adviser Mr. Jean Claude P. Javier, this organization is being led by the elected officers headed by the current President Maureen Joyce D. Pascual. The officers take charge in fulfilling all the functions, responsibilities, and obligations to ensure that no student will be discriminated rather included in all of UHDFE’s programs and activities that are all beneficial for all the members. Some of these programs are peer teaching, seminars, and the “Kariton ni Maestra Project” that aims to help unprivileged students. The "Kariton ni Maestra Project" is a donation drive wherein the organization will ask for any educational materials to other people or institutions and these will be donated to partner schools of NEUST.
