The school believes that it takes a village to raise a child. It needs allies to transform the school into a safe haven of learning. With this, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government is also genuinely committed to being a great partner in molding the students into the greatest people they can be in the future. The organization serves as the umbrella for all organizations and the voice of the students. It is the organization's duty to uphold students' rights, empower students to pursue excellence in academics, leadership, and social responsibility, guide students in cultivating a passionate love of country and values, and compete to have them make meaningful contributions to the development of the country. The SSLG strives to act in its students' best interests. All programs and activities conducted are anchored to the DepEd's mission, which is to protect and promote every Filipino's right to a quality, equitable, culturally-based, and comprehensive basic education where students learn in a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, culturally-aware, safe, and motivating environment. The SSLG carefully plans activities that can uplift students' self-esteem, boost their morale, develop their talents and skills, and hone their personalities. Added to all these initiatives, the organization is actively involved in the community, where collaborations and sponsorship are also conducted. This is done to guarantee that every facet of the students’ development is addressed. Thus, the RHS’s SSLG ensures that the learner's welfare comes first.
