About FHIPA The Future Hospitality Industry Professionals Association or FHIPA were created as an organization from the initiative of its advisers, Mr. Bernie G. Mauro, the Program Chair and Mr. Khriz N. Fernandez, faculty member in Hospitality Management department of NEUST San Leonardo Off-Campus. FHIPA is a non-civic and non-governmental organization hence, focused on the welfares and concerns of the students duly enrolled in Hospitality Management. FHIPA officers and advisers give emphasis on its tagline: “Perfection is our Mission, Success is our Vision”. Through the projects and activities which FHIPA organization will provide to its members, these future industry practitioners and professionals will be equipped with knowledge and skills they need to be equally competitive and efficient in their field of works in the future. FHIPA Objectives: FHIPA aligned its objectives to the VMGO of NEUST San Leonardo Off-Campus, as such: • To unite student-members enrolled in the program of Hospitality Management. • To develop student-members into a knowledge-equipped future industry professional. • To transform student-members into an equally globally-competitive skilled future industry professional. • To aid student-members in realizing their potentials to determine future career opportunities Thereby, FHIPA organization will: 1. Implement activities displaying the skills of student-members through Skills competition in various areas of Hospitality Management program. 2. Create opportunities for skills, talent and personality development, learning engagement and fostering of shared interests. 3. Impart values in developing student-members attitudes which will be essential to their future endeavor as professionals
