The Circle of Business Leaders and Executives (CBLE) is a student-governed organization established for the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration course at the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology Off-Campus Program in San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija with the goal of empowering young business leaders and executives through transformative actions. Students' knowledge will be strengthened and delivered, and the skills and attitudes necessary for an organization's successful management will be developed. It upholds the goal of turning into a revolutionary leader in business philosophy and education through knowledge expansion, cutting-edge initiatives, and exceptional experiences. The objectives of the organization are to: (a) provide opportunities for leadership development, instructions, student involvement, and the promotion of shared interest; and (b) teach students how to contribute ethically and constructively as concerned citizens and how to address social and global concerns using technology and other available community tools. In order to achieve the objectives, the organization will work to highlight various activities focusing on the intellectual and creative abilities of BSBA students, provide encouragement and inspiration to future business leaders and executives under the program in order to achieve the goals; the organization will honor the tenacity and efforts of top students in their academic pursuits; it will continuously work to support its operations by making and selling merchandise at significant gatherings and events; and raising funds for the organization's various projects and activities; the organization will serve the community by teaching students the fundamentals of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and by modeling the importance of gift-giving; and the organization will serve the business students by offering learning assistance through tutorial sessions related to the BSBA basic tools, such as mathematics, research, and others, as well as by conducting ICT sessions to improve students' computer abilities as a prelude to their On-the-Job Training.
