We, the members of the College of Psychology Program of the University of Cebu – Banilad, empowering the aid of all the almighty God, in order to build a just and humane environment to this institution and conscious of the need of the organization that shall establish a government that shall embody an ideal, promote common good, develop and conserve the spirits of good citizenship and create intimate relationship among its members and other organization and secure to ourselves a ceremonious and reliable implication of a lasting unity and cooperation, do hereby promulgate, adopt and give to ourselves this constitution.
