a. Develop among the residents particularly the youth, the sense of service and responsibility towards the promotion of welfare in the community; b. Provide appropriate, necessary and relevant trainings for the youth; c. Plan and implement youth development activities that will hone the skills and talents and for protection the rights and welfare of the youth; d. Intensity awareness and promote advocacy on issue of immediate concern; e. Participate in different activities of the municipality; and f. Maintain unity among the youth in the barangay.
