Sinag Ng Hilaga pursue its mission and vision to serve not just the students of UEP but the youth of different municipalities. The program of the organization is different to that of Sinag Ng Hilaga that is focused more on the welfare of the students in the university. On this new organization that we have started the scope of our advocacies includes all youth in every municipality especially those who are out of school youth.
