Social Inclusion and Equity

The PNU - Kabataang Urduja is the established women and gender youth organization of the Philippine Normal University - Visayas which upholds women advocacies and gender awareness towards a free and equal society for all. The PNU Kabataang Urduja is a departmental and gender-based youth organization in the Philippine Normal University that aims to: • Study, research, participate and propagate gender awareness towards a free and equal society; • Cultivate its members to become a virtuous character and behavior, that leads with liability, honor, efficiency, and a nationalist feeling and • Develop its members critical awareness regarding rights and roles of gender be it about women, men, or any gender, towards a wider and contextualized perspective.
