Active Citizenship

"This Organization shall be known as Socorro Youth for Church and Community Development. Throughout this document, this organization shall be referred to as SYCCD or the organization. Objectives: SYCCD is a faith-based and community-based youth organization that aims to: - serve the Supreme Being by serving the church and community with full volunteerism at heart; - empower the youth to steer initiatives and lead advocacies, projects, and programs which can generate their sense of responsibility and leadership - foster and develop the capacity of the youth to build on their skills, knowledge, and aptitudes for their own personal growth and for further development of their community; and - Cultivate close fellowship among youth through gatherings/activities and socio-civic engagement and participation as a sentiment of regard for one another and a continuing attachment to their community. The motto of the organization shall be "" For God and His community, we remian and serve""."
