Environment

The youth for Environment in School Organization (YES-O) serves as significant venue for major environmental activities such as tree planting and graving, waste management, segregation and recycling, clean up drives within and outside the school premises that are geared toward safwguarding, protecting and conserving the environment. As a continuing response to its theme "Akoy Handa" which undersense the significance of the climate change adaption and disaster preparedness during the onslaught of natural calamities made worst by global warning and climate change, the PVHS YES-O has continued its yearly activities that would directly affect the students and nearby communities as well. The PVHS YES-O has the Following objectives: 1. Established specific and double programs, projects and activities to address issues and concerns on the environment and ecosystem; 2.Network with government organizations Whitin the municipality to gain support and assistance to programs, projects and activities of the organization; and, ' 3. Develop among members proper environmental values, skills and attitudes.
