The organization shall envision to develop a community where the youth is actively participating in the planning and decisions that affect their everyday lives and their future generation. The organization shall pursue to empower the youth in the municipality of Bongabon and reach their full potential through education, mentorship and innovative intervention programs designed to enhance their total well-being. The organization shall have the following objectives: a. Youth will be able to take part in various competitions and develop a leadership quality and improve their well-being. b. Having a safe space for youth c. Promoting open youth-to-youth communication d. Multicultural bridge building e. Enhancing leadership development among young people
