Shared the common values, culture, and tradition, we are organized to bring out change, learn more knowledge about our culture, preserve our language and proud Ifugao. Two is better than one, together we can do better, together we can empower more. LUPA AYANGAN YOUTH ORGANIZATION (LAYO) is a community-based organization composed of youths from Ayangan tribe. The organization was established in the year 2019 at Lupa, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya and was organized later. The formation and first election of officers was done on 20th day of March 2022. It Aims to bring the Ayangan youths together, together we will achieve our aim to be active and empowered and be able to empower others. To foster unity among indigenous cultural communities, promote and preserve our culture, language, traditions, practices, and to enhance the IP youths to be active and cooperative in making our community better. Encouraged Indigenous People youths to be active and empowered. To provide the youths with opportunities to learn valued behaviors towards culture, language, traditions, and practices. The current members of the organization as of now is thirty (30).
