Environment

In view of increasing concerns for environmental action against threats to mother earth & pursuant in DepED Order No. 72 S, 2003 on the establishment of Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) in partnership with the Department of Environment & Natural Resources (DENR), Himay-angan NHS organized Youth for Environment (YES-O) in School Organization. As Gods stewards & warriors Himay - angan NHS YES -O have the following thrust as their active participation & contribution in their community. 1. Implement major environmental activities which should include: 1.1 Tree Planting & Gardening 1.2 Waste Management & segregation, recycling & clean up drives 1.3 Establish linkages with the field office of the DENR & all government & non government organization.
