The Doña Francisca Lacsamana de Ortega Memorial National High School Supreme Secondary Learner Government (DFLOMNHS- SSLG) is the highest governing body in the school. It is the forefront of the learners’ rights and welfare; model of learners’ excellence; and representation of good character and deep sense of moral values. The SSLG power emanates from the student body. It autonomous, diplomatic, unified, and highest democratic representative of the student body. It adheres and uphold the Mission Statement of the Department of Education which is “to protect and to promote the right of every Filipino to quality, equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education where students learn in a child-friendly, gender sensitive, culturally aware, safe, and motivating environment.
