POBLACION PASIL YOUTH ORGANIZATION was organized by the Barangay officials, Armed Forces of the Philippines 50IB,and Local Government of Pasil. -Develop members into self-reliant and effective leaders, and to accelerate equal free participation and socio-economic development, Improve the members capability to engage in entrepreneurial undertaking and cooperatives endeavors, Promote harmonious relation among its officer and members, Serve as an active forum for the members ideas, sentiments and aspirations, and Serve as an instrument to carry out programs and projects of the organization.
