The 4-H Club Federation - Malungon is a federated organization of 4-H Club barangay chapters of 15-30 years old rural youth primarily the out-of- school youth (OSY) involved on education programs and income generating projects for the four – fold development of the HEAD, HEART, HANDS and HEALTH. Its membership is open and voluntary. The club gives priority and emphasis on community-based projects and initiatives in agriculture and homemaking. The objective of the 4-H Club Federation – Malungon is to develop: 1. Citizenship 2. Leadership 3. Responsibility 4. Life skills of youth through experimental learning programs 5. Positive youth development approach
