Pamatan-on nga Mangunguma sang Negros Alliance is a Rural Youth-led Coalition composed of rural youth from various basic sectors that envisions a community of empowered young farmers and rural youth advocates of food security to act towards an Inclusive, Accessible, Just, and Sustainable Agricultural System through collective efforts. PAMANA's mission is to a) Increase youth participation in agriculture; b) empower young farmers and build their capacities to lead, campaign, and drive their advocacies; c) build a network and collaborate with various government agencies to give solutions to the issues and concerns facing the rural youth in the sector of agriculture; d) Campaign the Magna Carta for Young Farmers at the Local and National Level; e) Champion Young Farmers Agenda to lobby programs and policy for the local duty bearers in the Province of Negros Occidental; f) To achieve the vision by collective movement.
