MAANOS PAG-ASA YOUTH ASSOCIATION is organized by the Barangay officials through the support of Local Government unit of Pasil, aimed to encouraged youth in various activities of the community, to strenghthen their active participation through leadership. To engage the youth in various activities that will promote their social and economic development such as: food production, volunteer community service , health and nutrition, population awareness, protection and conservation of natural resources and improvement of the natural environment.
